Sensitivity varies by individual, but any discomfort typically lasts only 24 to 48 hours. Our team will provide guidance for aftercare to minimize any potential sensitivity.
Zoom Whitening takes approximately 90 minutes, while Boost Whitening requires just 1 hour of your time.
We recommend that patients have a cleaning appointment first in order to achieve optimal results. Many patients schedule a cleaning and a whitening in the same appointment.
After your teeth whitening procedure, our team will provide detailed aftercare instructions. Some tips include avoiding acid-based food and drinks for 48 hours, using tooth-sensitivity products, and brushing more gently. If you are experiencing a lot of sensitivity after your treatment we recommend you use a toothpaste like Sensodyne and take Advil if needed.
